Products, workshop enrolments, booking references, invoices and transaction status. Full card details are handled by payment providers, not stored by us.
Workshop preparation
Photography experience, equipment, goals, arrival and departure details, airline, flight documents, accommodation and emergency contact.
Sensitive information
Health, physical condition, swimming ability and dietary information are collected only with explicit consent when needed for participant safety.
Technical data
IP address, browser, device, security logs, cookie choices and website activity where permitted.
Legal records
Safety agreement, electronic signature, GDPR consent, version and acceptance timestamp.
