The website, shop and workshops are operated by Vaios Vitos Photography, based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Using this website

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the specific information shown on the relevant product, booking or checkout page. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Workshop participation and the private portal are available only to adults aged 18 or over.

Website content may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable. Unlawful use, interference with security, impersonation and unauthorised copying are prohibited.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping and other charges are displayed before payment.
• An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before acceptance.
• Payments may be handled by WooCommerce, WeTravel or another disclosed provider. We do not store full payment-card details.

Workshop bookings and participation

A workshop booking is personal and subject to availability. Transfer to another adult requires prior written approval. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, participants arrange and pay for travel, accommodation, insurance, visas, meals and personal equipment.

Participants must follow reasonable safety, wildlife, boat, transport and location instructions, act responsibly and disclose information that is genuinely necessary for safe participation through the protected portal. Each participant remains responsible for supervising and insuring their own equipment.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The cancellation policy displayed for the specific workshop at booking applies. Scheduled leisure services on a specific date or period may fall within a legal exception to the 14-day withdrawal right. This does not remove any mandatory rights you have.

Weather, wildlife behaviour, safety conditions or events outside reasonable control may require changes to locations, timing or activities. If the organiser cancels the workshop, you will be offered a rescheduled place, credit or refund of workshop fees, as appropriate. Consequential travel or accommodation costs are covered only where required by applicable law or expressly agreed.

Responsibility and intellectual property

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, responsibility is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a breach. Participants remain responsible for their personal decisions, belongings and equipment, while the organiser remains responsible for obligations imposed by law.

Photographs, videos, text, branding, course material and website design are protected by intellectual-property law. No ownership transfers unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Privacy, third parties and applicable law

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Third-party services such as payment providers, WeTravel, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp also operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. Before legal action, both sides are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution.
