From February 1st to 4th, Taschen, the book publisher established in 1980, is hosting a New Year sale offering discounts ranging from 25% to 75%.

Taschen is renowned for its extensive collection of exceptional photography books, and I highly recommend browsing their catalog.

As a photographer, I would personally suggest two books by the esteemed Sebastião Salgado: Genesis and Amazônia. These are two volumes that grace my bookshelf and have been a significant source of study and inspiration for me. However, this is merely a reflection of my own preferences.

If you’re not already familiar with Sebastião Salgado, I strongly encourage you to watch the documentary ‘The Salt of the Earth’ and read about his life and work. His contributions to photography are truly remarkable.

There is a wealth of excellent photography books available, featuring works from renowned photographers such as Annie Leibovitz, Helmut Newton, and Peter Lindbergh.
