Description
This Lake Kerkini print is about stillness. One small boat sits alone on water so calm that it mirrors the entire sky, and the mountains sit far away on the horizon, almost dissolved into the clouds.
The story behind the image
Kerkini changes its water level through the year, and on certain days the surface goes completely flat. Everything then becomes symmetrical, and a boat that would be invisible in an ordinary photograph turns into the anchor of the whole frame.
About this print
