One day, one boat, and one of the most magical places in Greece. This Lake Kerkini one day photography workshop puts you at water level with the Dalmatian Pelicans, one of the biggest waterbirds in the world, which breeds right here in northern Greece.
What you will photograph
Pelicans landing, competing for fish and taking off metres from the boat, and the winter light of Kerkini: mist on the water at sunrise, the mountains behind, and the flocks that made this lake famous among wildlife photographers.
Who it is for
Every level. We work on your technique in the field, from exposing into the light to tracking birds in flight, and on building a personal style instead of copying the standard shot.
